Our residents’ experience with maintenance repairs is one of the most important factors in their happiness with where they live and whether or not they choose to renew.

In this course, we’ll talk about the different aspects of customer service that go into our residents’ maintenance experience and how to ensure that their experience is a good one.

 

This course will cover:

  • Recognizing the different areas of customer service
  • Creating good communication
  • How to create great customer service that is repeatable

As the CFO and a Principal of Cambridge Management Group, Inc., Kendra Bork oversees the accounting department as well as acquisition due diligence, human resources, risk management, and strategic planning. She is a past president of SCHRA and faculty member and board member of the National Apartment
