As you know, SCRHA has been working actively to find balanced solution that equips rental providers to adequately support renters and remain in the rental market – delivering much-needed, quality housing to San Diego.

As SCRHA previously reported, no specific proposal has been made available to the public at this time. However, based on previous conversations and the recently-expired temporary moratorium, we expect that many of the policy proposals from the Council President will center around “No-Fault Termination of Tenancy.”

As members of the community who value their residents, we know our members wish to do their part to better the city and the region. We will need your voice on this issue so we can ensure the outcomes are balanced and equitable for the community.
