Next Generation Emerging Leaders
NextGen Committee
The SCRHA NextGen Leadership committee is a collaborative group of 15 driven, like-minded individuals who are working towards creating a growth-oriented experience for all committee members and all members of the Southern California Rental Housing Association 40 years and younger.
The NextGen works throughout the year planning two (2) key experiences, typically the NextGen Bowling Tournament networking event in the spring and the NextGen Professional Development Mentor Roundtable in the fall. Committee members also volunteer at other SCRHA activities and charitable experiences.

Are you interested in becoming an SCRHA NextGen Committee Leader? Submit your application to join the 2026 NextGen Committee! Submissions are taken in September and appointees notified in late October.
If the committee is full, you will automatically be added to the broader NextGen followers list, so that you are kept up to date on all activities hosted by and for the group and future openings.
