The dues are based on a transparent dues structure with no complicated algorithms or hidden fees. Your membership is valid for 12 months. Dues are non-refundable, non-transferable, and all new members pay a $35 application fee. Access the valued services and resources over 2,250 owners and managers like yourself have come to rely on.

Owner Regular

For Independent Owners and entities who personally own and manage residential rental properties.
  • Annual Membership: $230 + $4.50 x number of units
  • Designated Independent Rental Owner Classes (IROCs) are available at no additional cost.

Owner Basic (1-4)

For Independent Owners and entities who personally own and manage four or fewer residential rental units.
  • Annual Membership: $180*
  • Three (3) Pre-recorded classes, designed for your membership at no additional cost.
  • Two operational advice calls with our counselors.
  • Starter set of most common forms via email.
  • Digital version of Rental Advisor Magazine.
  • Member pricing on select tenant screening reports.
  • Serving rental housing providers throughout San Diego, Imperial, and southern Riverside Counties.

*Please note this is a restricted membership that includes the items listed above as well as membership in the National Apartment Association. Your pre-recorded classes and starter set of forms will arrive in a confirmation email. Membership will be verified for operational calls to counselors. Professional Service Firm

Professional firms or persons specializing in knowledge-based, customizable, and highly technical services to multifamily developers, owners, and operators.  Membership is based on the company or firm and all individuals directly employed by the member company are entitled to membership benefits.
  • Annual Membership: $550
  • Complimentary listing in the Business Directory of Suppliers.
  • Member pricing on educational seminars, continuing education classes, and certification courses for national designations.
  • Member pricing for events, including Mark of Excellence Awards, Golf Classic, and Education Conference & Tradeshow.
  • Sponsorship opportunities show your support of the industry, up to $1,500 per year. Additional opportunities are available via Industry Supporter Sponsorship tiers.
  • Advertising discounts in Rental Advisor Magazine, e-newsletters, and association communications.
  • Member pricing on employment screening.
  • Invitation to participate in the Reverse Trade Show to benefit the SCRHA-PAC.

To qualify, a firm or company's services must fall under one of the following categories as a primary business and provide applicable verification (licensure/accreditation) when applying for membership. It is recommended that all registered agents/individuals who "practice" in the field provide their licensure or accreditation information as well.

For firms or companies that oversee and manage residential rental properties on behalf of the owner.
