About SCRHA

Founded in 1919, the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA), formerly the San Diego County Apartment Association, is one of the oldest and most respected rental housing trade associations in the country. SCRHA represents more than 2,400 rental owners and rental professionals, responsible for more than 145,000 rental units across San Diego County, Imperial County, and Southern Riverside County. As an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, SCRHA advocates for its members at the local, state, and national levels, and provides education and training, operational guidance, and networking that help rental housing businesses succeed.
