The Southern California Rental Housing Association ("SCRHA," "SoCalRHA," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the personal information you share with us.

To administer dual membership benefits, SCRHA may share certain member information, such as name, contact information, company affiliation, and membership status, with the National Apartment Association (NAA). This information is shared solely for membership administration and related services.

SCRHA uses Google services, including Google Analytics, Google Consent Mode, and Google AdSense, to understand website usage, measure campaign effectiveness, improve our services, and support advertising consistent with user consent preferences. SCRHA may also use Google Ads for advertising and campaign measurement.
