Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) – 2026 Virtual Series

Are you ready to step into your next leadership role in rental housing?

The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential from the National Apartment Association (NAA) is the industry standard for onsite professionals who want to prove they can successfully run an apartment community and help owners achieve their investment goals.

Why Take the CAM Program?

CAM is designed to build real‑world skills you can use immediately on the job while positioning you for long‑term career growth.

  • Build stronger business and financial skills
Learn how to read financial statements, understand budgets, and identify ways to increase net operating income and overall property performance.
  • Strengthen leadership and people management
Develop tools to lead onsite teams, manage performance, and create a high‑service, high‑accountability culture.
  • Improve operations and resident satisfaction
Gain best practices in maintenance, marketing, legal compliance, and resident relations to reduce turnover and protect the asset.
  • Earn a nationally recognized credential
CAM signals to employers and owners that you meet NAA’s education and experience standards and are committed to professional growth.
  • Enhance your career opportunities
CAM‑credentialed professionals are often more competitive for promotions, portfolio roles, and higher earning potential.

Exceptional Value – eBook Included

Many CAM programs charge separately for the required CAM textbook or only include access to the online course content.

The SCRHA CAM series includes the official NAA CAM eBook with your registration at no additional cost. This means:

  • No separate textbook purchase.
  • Immediate access to the official CAM materials you need for class and exam preparation.
  • A more convenient, cost‑effective option than most stand‑alone CAM offerings.

Who Should Enroll?

This program is ideal for multifamily professionals who are involved in the daily operations of an apartment community and want to move up.

  • Assistant managers preparing to become community/property managers.
  • Community/property managers seeking formal recognition of their skills.
  • Leasing, marketing, and operations team members who want a deeper understanding of financials, resident retention, and legal compliance.
  • Regional and portfolio support staff who need a solid foundation in onsite operations.

If you manage people, budgets, resident relationships, or day‑to‑day operations at an apartment community, CAM is built for you
