After a delicious lunch, Molly Kirkland, SCRHA Director of Public Affairs, will speak on the new Oceanside Tenant Protection ordinance and requirements - the true costs of these types of regulations.

Molly will also provide a summary of SCRHA defeated legislation in 2025 and which bills actually became law having been signed by the Governor as what you need to know to comply.
