The SCRHA Golf Classic will bring together rental housing professionals over a fun day filled with golf, prizes, and a beautiful championship course. As a sponsor, you will enjoy many value-added benefits while sharing your products and services with rental housing professionals. 

DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP - $9,000 Member | $11,500 Non-Member 
  • Recognition as the 2025 Golf Classic sponsor with your company name/logo included on the online registration form, in the printed tournament card, in RentalAdvisor Magazine, and displayed on signage at the main entrance to the tournament.
  • Company name/logo included on a customized item, arranged by the Association. Sponsor will also have an opportunity to hand out these items at a designated location at the Tournament.
  • One (1) complimentary foursome entry in the 2025 Golf Classic (four players).
  • One six (6) foot display table at the Tournament Clubhouse to showcase company materials. Sponsor will have an opportunity to have up to two (2) company representatives at this table.
  • Sponsor can provide a separate prize drawing (min. $25 value) at their Clubhouse table to collect contact information (business cards, etc.). All prizes will be presented at the awards ceremony following the golf tournament.
  • One (1) lunch table reserved table with preferred seating for up to six (6) guests and special recognition as the Title Sponsor before the shotgun start.
  • Up to four (4) additional lunches will be provided to company representatives not playing in the tournament.

  • Sponsor will fully brand registration station where all players check in for the tournament.

Drink Ticket Sponsor - $1,800 Member | $2,200 Non-Member (TWO AVAILABLE)    
  • Sponsor representative will assist staff in handing out drink tickets to players at registration table

  • One six (6) foot display table at the Tournament Clubhouse to showcase company materials from 11am – 1pm. Sponsor will have an opportunity to have up to two (2) company representatives at this table. Marketing materials provided by sponsor.

  • Two (2) sponsor representatives will hand out tokens to golfers, which are good for a free bucket of balls, arranged for by the Association and golf course 
  • Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be displayed on signage at the driving range 
  • Recognition of this sponsorship level will be featured in the RentalAdvisor Magazine and Tournament card 
  • Two (2) lunches will be provided to company representatives not playing in the tournament.

Photographer Sponsor - $1,200 Member | $1,300 Non-Member  
  • Table near registration area for sponsors to display marketing materials prior to the start of the Tournament. Sponsor provides own marketing materials and optional table canopy (for sun protection).
  • Sponsor’s Logo to be added to photos taken at the tournament by photographer. 
  • Recognition of this sponsorship level will be featured in the RentalAdvisor Magazine and Tournament card 
  • One (1) lunch will be provided to company representative who is not playing in the tournament.  
  • Company logo watermark can be applied to final edits of photographs.

  • Sponsor representative will help hand out player lunches in food area from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Sponsor to provide 432 golf balls that MUST come in sleeves of three (3). Sponsor is responsible for all item costs in addition to the sponsorship, but SCRHA can assist in selecting and ordering the item on sponsor's behalf.

  • Up to two (2) sponsor representatives can hand balls to players at the registration area.  
  • Opportunity to display marketing materials during registration.

Suggested imprinted items include towels, coolers, golf-related items (EXCEPT: GOLF BALLS, HATS, or BAGS)

Please contact the SCRHA directly for invoicing options. Note, sponsors can select the invoice option, which is 15% more than the pay online option.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to events@socalrha.org. Cancellations received more than three days after this contract has been received by the Southern California Rental Housing Association will incur a 30% administrative fee. This contract requires a 50% deposit to reserve your sponsorship. All sponsorships are final sale.
