My background includes part-time experience as a real estate salesperson, which has deepened my understanding of sales fundamentals and client dynamics. I've built a solid track record of successful lease-ups, getting assets stabilized, and driving revenue growth. I work closely with ownership and operational teams to keep occupancy high, maximize NOI, and set communities up for long-term success. I've worked with everything from luxury Class A developments and repositioned assets to stabilized Class A, B, and C communities across Southern California.

I've had multiple successful lease-up experiences and community turnarounds-and I do this by relying on data, building strong teams, and implementing innovative leasing strategies.
