Education Class Packages

Local industry experts teach our classes and share their knowledge to help you provide quality housing. Whether you are an independent owner with an established portfolio or just starting your career in property management, we have classes that support you at each stage of your career.

Our education packages are a cost-effective and straightforward way to access the classes you need. Not only do these packages give you and your team early access to our classes, but you'll also pay a lower rate per class and boost your member savings!

Education Packages

Education Package: 25 passes valid for Solution Series classes, Independent Rental Owner Classes (IROC), and General Classes. This package excludes maintenance classes and designation classes, as well as Gracehill and Visto.

Mini Education Package: 20 passes valid for Solution Series and Independent Rental Owner Classes.

Solution Series Package: Attend all the Solution Series Classes and the Fair Housing I & II course at one low price. A minimum of 8 Solutions Series classes are scheduled throughout the year. Attend up to 10 classes for the price of seven with Fair Housing I & II included. (Under this package, only one individual from a company may register for the Fair Housing I & II-additional registrations are available a la carte.)

Credential Education Packages

Credential Package: Includes enrollment in the CAM or CAS and unlimited attendance in Solution Series, IROC, and General classes. Fair Also included is Fair Housing Part I & II.

CAPS Package: Includes one CAPS enrollment plus unlimited access to the Solution Series classes and General Classes. 

CALP Package: Include one CALP and unlimited Solution Series attendance.

CAM Package I: Includes one CAM enrollment plus unlimited Solution Series attendance.

CAM Package II ($8,100): Send ten (10) people through the CAM program for the price of nine (9). Save $900!

Maintenance Packages

CAMT Package ($1,100): Includes one CAMT registration plus enrollment in three basic maintenance classes and the Fair Housing for Maintenance Class.

CAMT Advanced Package ($1,200): Includes one CAMT registration plus enrollment in three advanced maintenance classes and the Fair Housing for Maintenance class.

**All education packages are non-transferable. The name(s) of attendee(s) must be provided at the time of registration. All tickets/registrations must be used by December 31, 2022. Designation classes must be completed within the same year**
