2026 B2B Reverse Trade Show for the SCRHA PAC

The 2026 B2B Reverse Trade Show is the perfect opportunity for industry suppliers to meet with property management companies about their current and future needs and to present decision makers with your products and cost–effective services.

Reverse trade shows are "one-stop shops" which provide high visibility to managers as well as an opportunity to network with other professionals in the local market.

This year we have 8 exhibiting property management companies in the round robin. Participating Companies:

• Greystar
• Asset Living
• H.G. Fenton Company
• Sunrise Management
• Baldwin Asset Management
• R.A. Sndyer
• American Assets Trust
• Willow Bridge 

Each registered Supplier Member team will rotate through each exhibiting management company. 

• Meetings will last 10 minutes.
• Attendance per team is $500 (one team per member company, 2 people per team)
• You will meet with all 8 management companies.

Proceeds benefit the Southern California Rental Housing Association Political Action Committee (SCRHA-PAC, ID#791492).

Contributions are not deductible for tax purposes.  It is a violation of law for anyone to reimburse a campaign contributor. Business, individual, or PAC contributions are acceptable. Contributions are accepted in any amount.

Two sessions will occur. The first in the morning hours, approximately 10-Noon, and the second after lunch, approximately 1-3PM. Attendees will be assigned their session based on the time of the registration. 

Only SCRHA Supplier MEMBERS who are current on dues and with no outstanding balances as of September 8, 2026 may participate.
