Annual Meeting & 2027 Board Installation

Join us for the Southern California Rental Housing Association’s Annual Meeting where Alan Pentico, Executive Director, will present an annual report and SCRHA members will elect the 2027 officers followed by their installation. This event brings members together to celebrate our accomplishments, officially welcome our incoming leadership team, and celebrate the holiday season together.

Connect with peers, enjoy a great lunch, and be part of this important milestone for SCRHA. The Annual Meeting is a chance to reflect on the progress we’ve made as an association and to engage with fellow members and industry leaders who share your commitment to the rental housing profession. 

Toys for Tots Drive

Help spread holiday cheer! We’re proud to support the Toys for Tots program again - please bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate and make a difference for local children this season. 

Dress Attire: We invite you to show off your holiday spirit. Whether it’s your favorite holiday sweater, a fun hat, or any other festive attire, let’s make this event merry and bright together… dress festive.

Each company must designate one person as the voting member. This meeting and voting portion of the meeting is free to all SCRHA members.
