Join us on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to hear from SoCalRHA Executive Director Alan Pentico about ballot initiatives and what the association is doing to advocate for you!
We'll also be covering changes to both the website and the IROC program itself, and Operational Advice will be joining us to help answer any questions you may have!

The Independent Rental Owner Council (IROC) Meeting offers you the opportunity to share your experience, knowledge, and best practices with colleagues in the rental housing industry through educational sessions, round-table discussions, and operational advice from SoCalRHA's Operational Advice Counselor.
Our goal is to build community connections by bringing independent rental owners together in a space specifically crafted to their needs that allows for collaborative problem solving, exchange of information, and goal-based development.
