IROC: Serving Notices

Are you new to the industry? Have you been doing this for years but still have questions?

This is the perfect workshop for you! This class will be taught by our expert operational advice staff, Olivia Galvez and Molly Kirkland. They will take you through the process of serving the correct notice. This webinar will cover:

• What notice should be served
• When to serve a notice 
• How to properly serve the notice to the tenant
