Mastering the City of SD TPO: In-Person Class
A final in-person opportunity for guidance on forms for housing providers
The deadline to provide notifications and documents to your tenants for the City of San Diego Residential Tenant Protections Ordinance (TPO) is September 21st. While many components of the ordinance mirror state law, it does provide for additional tenant protections in cases of no-fault just cause termination of tenancy. It also requires mandatory notifications for tenants and certain disclosures. This will be the final opportunity to learn in-person about the SD TPO before the deadline passes.
