Foundations of Residential Property Management is SCRHA’s premier starter course for anyone entering the rental housing industry—new onsite staff, emerging managers, and independent rental owners seeking a strong operational foundation. This comprehensive training covers the essential skills required to effectively manage residential properties, including Fair Housing compliance, ethics, financial fundamentals, marketing, leasing, maintenance coordination, and day‑to‑day operational best practices.

Meet the Instructors: Kendra Bork, CFO and Principal of Cambridge Management Group, Inc., oversees accounting, acquisition due diligence, human resources, risk management, and strategic planning. A past SCRHA President and NAA faculty and board member, she brings deep operational and compliance expertise to this foundational course.

Kayla Roeder, CPM®, ARM®, Founder/COO of Cambridge Management Group, Inc. AMO® and Cambridge Maintenance and Property Services, Inc., is a CA BRE Licensed Broker and NAAEI Lyceum Leadership and Faculty member. With more than 20 years of experience, she is recognized for her leadership in marketing, leasing, management operations, technology strategies, and professional development.
