This page is designed to help you resolve common issues without needing to call or email support.

Login & Access Issues


Problem: I can’t access the Submittable platform

  • The link is provided in the confirmation email sent to the purchaser of the nomination ticket.

If confirmation email is not found: Contact Events Support.


Application Issues


Problem: My answers don’t fit in the text box

  • Each field has a word limit
  • Edit for clarity and brevity before pasting
  • Remove formatting (bullets, symbols) if needed


Problem: My work didn’t save

  • Always draft externally first
  • Save frequently within the platform you write your initial answers on

Submission Errors


Problem: I submitted too early / made a mistake.

  • Submissions cannot be edited
  • You must request a re-open (fee applies)


Problem: My nomination submitted incomplete.

  • All entries are automatically submitted at deadline
  • Incomplete entries will still be judged as-is

Deadline Issues


Problem: I need more time.

  • Limited extensions available
  • Extension fee applies ($25 per nomination)


Problem: I missed the deadline completely

  • No guarantees of acceptance
  • Contact SCRHA immediately for options

AI Disclosure Issues


Problem: I used AI but didn’t disclose it.

  • You should notify SCRHA as soon as possible
  • Transparency is required for compliance

Judging Confusion


Problem: I don’t understand how I’ll be scored.

  • Review scoring criteria before submitting
  • Focus on measurable impact, clarity, and results

Payment Issues


Problem: My payment didn’t go through.

  • Retry with updated card info
  • Ensure billing address matches
  • Contact your finance team if corporate card

Finalist Stage Issues


Problem: I was selected as a finalist - what now?

  • Prepare for interview (August 3 - 28)
  • Review your submission thoroughly
  • Be ready to expand on your answers

Event & Sponsorship Issues


Problem: I want tickets or sponsorship but options are limited

  • Sponsorships are limited and sell out
  • Contact SCRHA early for availability

When to Contact Support


Only reach out if:

  • You need a link from the confirmation email and cannot find your confirmation email
  • Payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts
  • A technical system error prevents submission
