Attorney Fees and Court Cost addendum is an agreement of who is responsible for paying court costs and attorney fees should a dispute arise that requires that owner and resident settle in court. NOTE: This language is included in Form 200. If you are using SCRHA's Rental Agreement there is no need to use this form.
