#266SFR - Bedbug Addendum

With this addendum the resident agrees that upon move-in the dwelling was free of bed bug infestation. The addendum also informs the resident that under the law they are required to cooperate with the owner/agent to mitigate a bed bug infestation. NOTE: Form 200 includes the required language under the law. This addendum provides additional information to the resident.
