#421 - Just Cause California 60 Day Notice

Under AB 1482 residents residing in rental property for a year or more are protected under Just Cause. For use within all areas except City of San Diego or those areas that had a previous Just Cause ordinance or law in place. NOTE: Under the COVID Tenants Relief Act in California, Just Cause is effective regardless of length of tenancy. Exemptions to AB 1482 may still apply.
