Maintenance For Leasing
This course is designed to give the office staff an introduction to the maintenance department. Participants will understand the basic duties of the maintenance staff and will be introduced to some common service principles.
It will also provide tools to enable the office staff to improve communication with the maintenance staff so they may work toward the common goal of offering outstanding customer service to all residents while maintaining high community standards.
