#202 - Owner Occupancy Addendum

Owner Occupancy Addendum informs the resident that in the future the owner may move back to the rental property. This is required to be provided to resident under AB 1482 in order for "owner move-in" to be used as Just Cause. Most often used with Single-Family Homes, Duplex, Condo, or in properties with 4 or less units. NOTE: This information is included in Form 200. If you are using SCRHA's Rental Agreement there is no need to use this form.
