County of San Diego Eviction Ban Ordinance Update
As you are probably aware by now, the SCRHA has filed a lawsuit against the County of San Diego, challenging the recently-passed ordinance. SCRHA is hoping to have the ordinance ruled unconstitutional and prevent it from going into effect on June 3 as planned.
SCRHA is still making preparations in case the ordinance goes into effect. Forms will be available soon that comply with the ordinance requirements.

COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance

County of San Diego: Webinar Series on Emergency Rental Assistance
Starting May 20, the County of San Diego will be hosting weekly webinars on Thursdays, from 9 – 10 a.m., on the COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Housing providers will learn more about the program and have an opportunity to ask questions. No registration is necessary.
