SCRHA Lawsuit Update - January 16, 2022

On behalf of the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA), we would like to provide you with an update on our lawsuit against the County of San Diego. After several months of waiting for movement on our appeal to the 9th Circuit court, we now have a hearing date. Oral arguments will be heard on February 9, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. SCRHA will share more details, including a hearing link, once they become available. Additionally, we will update members on the outcome of the hearing as soon as possible.
