Reminder: Rent Increase Cap for San Diego & Riverside Counties
CPI Percentages for Rent Increases Effective August 1, 2025, or Later:

• San Diego CPI: 3.8% ~ Max Increase = 8.8% 
• Riverside CPI: 2.5% ~ Max Increase = 7.5%   
• Imperial County CPI: Pending California CPI Data
