CalRHA Legislative Priorities Survey

Community, Legislative Updates,

SCRHA and CalRHA members and affiliates provide quality housing to thousands of residents in California.  To do it well is costly, and it must be offset through current rent, predictable rent growth, and limited mandates on the way we do business.  Housing will once again be at the forefront of politics in 2024. We will not only see our usual challenges from the legislature, but we will also be facing a threat to Costa-Hawkins on the ballot this year.  Linked is a survey to help CalRHA's Legislative Action Committee and the Board of Directors craft the legislative priorities that will carry us into 2024.  We want to understand from you, our valued members, which government mandates most adversely impact your business and their costs to you, so that together we can find solutions to protect our industry.

Please kindly share your thoughts and fill out the survey by Friday, September 29.
