SCRHA Submits Comment Letter to FTC on Fee Transparency

In support of and to supplement the efforts of the National Apartment Association and the National Multifamily Housing Council, SCRHA submitted a letter to the Federal Trade Commission regarding "Unfair or Deceptive Rental Housing Fee Practices.” The letter highlights the importance of fees and other charges for the rental housing industry. The comment period ends on April 13. SCRHA will keep members posted as the issue evolves.
