The County of San Diego Has Expanded Landlord Incentives
The County of San Diego has expanded its landlord incentive program to further support landlords and property owners who partner with the County Housing Authority in renting to individuals experiencing homelessness, including veterans that have Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) rental assistance and case management support. Landlords can now receive a leasing bonus of up to $2,500 for each newly leased unit, as well assistance to cover costs for security deposits, application expenses, and holding fees. National City Pulls Business License Tax Item from Agenda; Tentatively Scheduled for June 30
