San Diego Council to Receive Presentation on Fee Ordinance – June 30
This coming Tuesday, the San Diego City Council will be given the opportunity to provide feedback and direction on the draft Residential Rental Price Gouging, Fee Exploitation, and Cost Transparency Ordinance. While the council will not be voting to adopt an ordinance, this is a crucial opportunity to reign in what is currently an overly restrictive and punitive proposal. SCRHA encourages members to make their voices heard by providing public testimony (in-person/call-in), submitting comments, and sending emails to council.
