San Diego Trash Fee Mailer & Protest Form
The City of San Diego has mailed information to affected property owners regarding the pending vote on trash collection services and fees. Included in that packet is an official Protest Form. If more than 50% of property owners protest, the city cannot enact the change. Read more. 

Property owners with questions about the future of their property’s trash collection are encouraged to attend the SCRHA Rental Housing Conference & EXPO on May 8 to talk directly with representatives of the city’s Environmental Services Department.
