The 2024 statewide rent control ballot initiative could be the single biggest threat to rental housing providers.
This third attempt by the AIDS Foundation activist Michael Weinstein and anti-housing groups is an even larger threat than the ones on the 2018 and 2020 ballots, as this one would fully repeal rental property protections currently provided under the Costa-Hawkins Rental Act.
Your invaluable support helped us defeat those initiatives then, and we find ourselves again uniting to protect our rights and investments as property owners.
