No on Proposition 33 – This measure to Repeal Costa-Hawkins will allow local rent control ordinances and state law to go far beyond its current limitations and remove vital protections for single family homes, new construction and your right to reset rent.
Yes on Proposition 34 – Prop 34 will close an exploited loophole in our health care system that has diverted hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars away from patient care to issues like rent control and will drastically reduce Medi-Cal prescription drug costs.

- October 21, 2024 - Last day to register to vote for the General Election on November 5. All California active registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot for the November 5, 2024, General Election. Your county elections office will begin mailing ballots by October 7, 2024.
- October 8, 2024 - Ballot drop-off locations open. Vote-by-mail ballots can be returned by mail, at a drop-off location, or your county elections office.\
- October 26, 2024 - Vote centers open for early in-person voting in all Voter’s Choice Act counties.
- November 5, 2024 - Election Day! Vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by November 12, 2024.
