Help the Rental Housing Industry by taking Property Insurance SurveyWith the recent announcement from State Farm that it will no longer offer policies to new California customers, and the possibility that other insurers will follow suit, it is more important than ever that you share your insurance experience. The California Rental Housing Association (CalRHA), our statewide partner, is currently working with the California Department of Insurance to determine the magnitude of the current insurance crisis, and to quantify the impact of today’s insurance marketplace on rental housing providers. Help with this concerted effort to reverse the trend of skyrocketing property insurance rates by taking a short survey. The survey will take only a few minutes to complete and all responses will be kept confidential. Take Survey.
