County of San Diego COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program Now Open

The County of San Diego is now accepting applications for rental assistance. The application period will remain open until March 16. Housing providers may apply on behalf of residents.

City of San Diego and Chula Vista Assistance Programs to Open on March 15

Applications for City of San Diego and Chula Vista residents and housing providers will be accepted beginning on March 15. SCRHA is planning webinars next week on the specific programs. SCRHA will email members when the details are finalized. Stay tuned!

Update on Vaccines for Essential Rental Housing Workers

SCRHA continues to monitor the availability of the COVID vaccine for residential rental housing workers. State regulations are now dictating much of the protocols surrounding vaccines. SCRHA is urging government to protect essential rental housing workers and will report back when more information is available.
