SCRHA Voter Guide – Make Your Voice Heard on Nov. 5
The election is less than two weeks away. The rental housing industry is facing a major threat in the form of Prop. 33 which, if passed, would repeal the Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act, and allow rent control to flourish across the state. This also means it is vital to elect candidates to state and local offices who understand the challenges the industry faces, especially in the form of additional regulation.
